CIPD-HKBU International Symposium 2020

The theme of this year's symposium is “Changing Contours of Work”. Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus and travel restrictions, this will be a virtual symposium conducted via Zoom. This is the second international symposium HKBU collaborates with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the largest HR professional body for HR and people management in the UK. The aim of this symposium is to bring academics and practitioners together to exchange knowledge and views. 

 

This year’s distinguished speakers include overseas and local academics and human resource senior executives from Australia, Singapore, HK, the Mainland, the Netherlands, and the UAE. Ms. Margaret Cheng (Human Resources Director, MTR Corporation Limited & President of the HK Institute of Human Resource Management) and Prof. Tanya Bondarouk (University of Twente, The Netherlands) are the keynote speakers.
