Social scientists in the Faculty conduct research that addresses human, environmental, societal and political questions relevant to the changing world. Our scholarship contributes new knowledge and informs the basis of behavioural and professional practice and policy changes. To achieve impact, it enhances the reach of our work and embed its significance by engaging diverse beneficiaries and contributing a wide range of pure and applied, local and global research. Its research has been communicated to the general public, private sectors, professional bodies, and government and non-governmental organisations.
