实验室基於浸大中医药学院和理学院(生物系、化学系、数学系和计算机系)的协力合作,创造一个在香港乃至中国最具创新的从中医药出发的现代诊疗和新药研发基地。实验室将在生物医学和化学的基础上,结合数据科学、资讯科学等先进技术,在浸大打造出一套世界级最完整的现代中医药数据资产,成为全球基於中医药的现代诊疗和新药研发的最权威知识库。浸大在此研究领域有著非常卓越、扎实的研究基础。我们将在现有基础上,聘请科研领军人才,力争於三年内,实现包括基於现代分子生物学的「本草纲目新编」中医知识库系统和中药复方协同机制等重大科研成果,同时於大湾区创建第一流的现代中药新药创新产业基地,完善从科研到产业的转化流程,为浸大创造具有国际领先水准的创新产业发展环境。
