张宏杰教授

简历

张宏杰教授主要从事东南亚天然植物药用活性成分研究，包括天然小分子化合物的分离、纯化、分析、结构解析、结构优化、合成、药效评估和分子机制研究。他目前已对几千个植物提取物进行了抗癌、防癌、抗新冠病毒（SARS-CoV）、抗爱滋病（HIV）、抗禽流感病毒、抗Ebola/Marburg病毒、抗菌膜、抗肺结合病和抗疟疾的生物活性评价，幷已证实多个提取物具有生物活性，幷发现了一些生物活性很强的天然化合物。

张宏杰教授1985年毕业于云南大学化学系获学士学位，1988年於中国科学院昆明植物研究所获植物化学硕士学位，幷于1994年于中科院昆明植物所获植物化学博士学位，从师于孙汉董院士；1991至2002年，任中科院昆明植物所助理研究员、副研究员和研究员；1999-2011年，在美国伊利诺州立大学芝加哥分校药学院(College of Pharmacy, University of Illinois at Chicago)，历任博士后（从师Harry H.S. Fong教授）、研究助理教授、研究副教授；2011年12月至今，爲香港浸会大学中医药学院副教授、教授。期间作为课题主持人和合作者，张教授参与了有关天然药物丶传统草药（包括中药）丶有机合成和生物合成等方面的研究项目。
