How can generative AI lower barriers to learning Narrative Therapy and support reliable skills development at scale? This seminar presents an AI-enhanced, self-paced training platform that uses simulated therapeutic conversations, automated feedback, and rubric-based assessment to help beginners practice NT principles anytime, anywhere. We will share the platform’s design, illustrate how AI-driven dialogue can facilitate reflective and dialogic learning, and discuss early evidence on the reliability and validity of AI-based assessments, learner confidence, and alignment with NT practices. We will also reflect on user experiences, practical implementation considerations, and ethical guardrails. Finally, we will explore how this approach could democratize access to NT training and extend to other therapeutic modalities through multimodal AI integration.
