This event highlights the significant achievements of the "1+1+1" Joint Research Collaboration Scheme, which brings together leading researchers from HKBU and Beijing Normal-Hong Kong Baptist University (BNBU) to advance data science, artificial intelligence, and interdisciplinary applications in support of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
The programme includes a speech on strategic regional research development for the National 15th Five-Year Plan and beyond, project presentations spanning AI-driven diagnostics to digital heritage research, a panel discussion on HKBU's "one university, two campuses" model, and two poster sessions with project representatives on hand to discuss their findings.
