HKBU hosts online Conference on “A Cross-age Dialogue in Chinese Literature”

Since its establishment, Mr. Simon Suen and Mrs. Mary Suen Sino-Humanitas Institute (SHI) has been actively promoting research on Chinese Cultures and carrying out various academic activities to provide a wide range of exchange platforms for young scholars.

On October 27, 2021, SHI hosted the 6th Young Scholars International Conference via Zoom themed “Gaze, Spread and Transcendence: A Cross-age Dialogue in Chinese Literature". Fourteen young scholars from Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan and the United States broke through the geographical and time zone boundaries, gathered and shared their research results and insights at the conference.
