The School of Business has recently been reaccredited by the EFMD Quality Improvement System (EQUIS) for the maximum period of five years.

EQUIS is a major international accreditation, and the School was applauded for its significant developments since its last reaccreditation in 2019. The accrediting body was particularly impressed by the School’s quality learning environment and its focus on the ethos of whole-person education.

Professor Ed Snape, Dean of the School of Business, said that EQUIS provided the School with an opportunity to benchmark itself against the highest international standards. “The reaccreditation reflects the School’s commitment to enhancing students’ learning and development as well as research excellence, and driving deeper engagement with our alumni and the wider community,” he said.

The School has been accredited by EQUIS since 2013, and it is currently one of the 108 business schools worldwide to hold triple accreditation from the three main accrediting bodies – EQUIS, Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and the Association of MBAs (AMBA).
