跨學科團隊

運動康復組

 

運動康復組由Baker教授、高楊博士、郭平先生、Bruce教授和Ash博士共同帶領。高楊博士是公共衛生和流行病學方面的專家，擅長透過運動治療來改善身體機能及復原能力，對於多種流行病學研究有莫大貢獻。郭平先生是體育、運動及健康學系的技術總監，他將負責與運動有關的各類數據測量。Bruce教授將提供運動生理學指導，而Ash博士將提供研究設計和運動心理學的指導。

 

 

 

中藥康復組

 

中藥康復組由卞兆祥教授、鍾麗丹博士、林志秀教授和馮奕斌教授共同帶領。目前，這組團隊正在與香港醫院管理局三方協作中醫診所的中醫師進行合作研究，評估新冠肺炎患者感染後的併發症變化。

 

康復治療組

 

康復治療組由劉滙文博士和Baker教授帶領。劉滙文博士擅長康復醫學，他專注研究情緒、行為等神經基礎系統的康復治療。他與Baker教授均擁有康復治療的經驗，他們與患者廣泛接觸，研究運動治療對康復的影響，並對肌肉損傷、血液生物化學、創傷及肌肉使用進行追蹤檢測。

 


系統生物學組

 

系統生物學組由賈偉教授和Bruce教授帶領，Baker教授和卞兆祥教授也會協助參與。

 

賈偉教授在代謝組學及系統生物學領域擁有逾十七年的科研經驗。他對於各種樣本（包括血清、血漿、尿液、唾液和糞便樣本）中的LC-MS和GC-MS代謝組學分析研發了創新的標準，其團隊更研發了計算機演算法，來提取並處理微生物群和代謝組的數據。賈偉教授和卞兆祥教授利用這些工具，完成了數十個涉及調查人類的代謝組學研究項目，包括人類肝臟與癌症的流行病學研究，還調查了急性骨髓性白血病的葡萄糖代謝、與大腸癌預斷有關的代謝特徵、腸道微生物代謝物，以及腸易激綜合症或糖尿病患者的膽汁酸。Bruce教授曾任英國奧林匹克醫學中心主任，在採集和分析血液樣本方面擁有豐富經驗，且對於心血管疾病學科和糖尿病患者群有關的調查擁有廣泛知識，他更是一位具有與重病患者合作經驗的臨床心臟病專家。

肺部生理學組

 

肺部生理學組由Wagner教授帶領。Wagner教授乃加州大學醫學系的榮休教授，在醫學及生物工程方面研究成就傑出。在他的研究生涯中，他一直專注研究與所有肺部疾病有關的氧氣輸送，對氧氣運輸進行了獨特的分析，解釋氧氣輸送途徑中的綜合因素如何決定最大氧氣輸送量和使用量。最近，Wagner教授參與了新冠病毒研究，建議測量感染患者肺部動脈中過期的二氧化碳，以找出肺部中血流量減少的地方，反映肺部動脈的血栓栓塞情況。

心理學組

 

心理學組由Baker教授、劉滙文博士和郭平先生共同帶領。Baker教授發表了多篇與心理干預治療的有關論文。他曾與多個體育團體（包括威爾士橄欖球聯盟）進行合作，通過心理技術來改善行為表現。他亦曾指導關於心理表現和行為變化的碩士、博士論文。Baker教授目前也擔任一個全球性的項目「Covistress」的合作研究員，與來自法國等世界各地的醫學研究人員合作。相關內容詳見網頁：

 


流行病學組

 

流行病學組由高楊博士帶領，鍾麗丹博士及Ash博士協助帶領。這個組別將負責實行復康治療和採集數據。

 


數據管理組

 

數據管理組由郭毅可教授、楊氙博士和高楊博士共同帶領。郭毅可教授是香港浸會大學副校長（研究及拓展）、倫敦帝國理工學院數據科學研究所所長的創始人，也是英國皇家工程院院士、歐洲科學院院士、英國計算機學會會士及英國皇家學會理事。他發表了超過200篇經同行評審的論文，進行了多個與新冠肺炎有關的研究項目，其項目也曾在數據應用、軟件開發等方面獲得獎項，受到國際認可。郭毅可教授和楊氙博士積極領導過eTRIKS項目(https://www.etriks.org/)，為轉化醫學研究創建了全歐洲最大的數據管理平台。楊氙博士已完成多個轉化醫學研究項目（如用於嚴重哮喘分型的UBIOPRED），現在她正參與新冠病毒研究項目，如建立監測復康治療影響的貝氏框架，以遏制疫情。高楊博士在管理和分析各種流行病學研究（包括隨機對照試驗）的數據方面擁有豐富經驗。
