Her leadership extends as President of the Hong Kong Association for Information Systems (HKAIS) and through pivotal editorial roles in leading international journals. A champion of mentorship, she has garnered accolades such as the Research Grant Council (RGC) Senior Research Fellow and multiple (Emerald Publishing) Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence, underscoring her dual prowess in groundbreaking research and nurturing future talent.
